Tuesday was another busy day as the temperature didn't get much higher than -7 C with a wind chill that hovered around -13 most of the day. This meant many short trips outside to race around before our feet got too cold and the beach was not an option today as the pond was iced over. Having a bright sun certainly helped and we made the most of it for the regular day-visiting critters.
Milo was a busy boy after his first night's sleep and he enjoyed going on adventures with Gin and Tonique.

Tilley
arrived just after breakfast for a two-night sleepover and the suggestion of shortened outdoor playtimes appealed to him while Flynn, Frankie and Kali discussed the pros and cons and agreed that it was a good idea.
Marty, Rusty, Charly and Gemma were good sports and didn't hesitate to join in the walks when any opportunity arose.
Later in the afternoon , Lyra
, was dropped off for her Christmas vacation and she showed off her magnificent ears and shiny black coat. The last arrival for the day was our regular Christmas visitor, Charlie O
, and he was just thrilled to be back with all his special friends. He's really looking forward to playing with the gang tomorrow.
